Deciding when to visit Providenciales should depend on what you like doing
and the preferred pace of your vacations. Visiting during the tourist
season is more crowded, and rates for most items, especially accommodation,
is usually significantly higher.
There is no seasonality in terms of
activities or accommodation.
The Tourist SeasonThe main tourist season on Providenciales runs from about December 15 to
April 1. This is also, not surprisingly, the period with the nicest
weather. Hotel rates are highest during this period, with even higher
peaks between Christmas and New Year.
The Off SeasonThis is the rest of the year, from April to November. Hotels will
usually charge lower rates, usually around 66-75% as much. Fewer people visit during this time
of the year, but it is not unusual for hotels to be fully booked during
this period too.
Temperatures

RainfallThere is generally little rainfall throughout the year, and you will
probably get not even a drizzle while you are here. When it rains,
however, it may rain quite a lot over 1 to 3 days. The rainiest part of
the year is roughly April - July, but rain storms can happen anytime
(although rather infrequently).
