Providenciales is filled with fun things to do. If you like exploring, be sure to visit some of the remote areas of the island such as Northwest Point or the Pirates Cave.
Cheshire Hall Plantation Ruins
The largest and most significant plantation ruins on Providenciales, built in the 1790's. Recent refurbishments cleaned up the site and added a nominal admission charge.

Sapodilla Hill Rock Carvings
On a hill above the industrial dock are dozens of rock carvings dating from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. Also has great views of the dock and Sapodilla Bay.

Explore a cave with centuries-old pirate carvings, with beautiful views and a small deserted beach.

Northwest Point
Located at the corner of the island, this national park features a rugged ironshore with breaking waves. Good for shell collecting.

Turks Head Microbrewery
In a non-descript warehouse is Turks Head brewery, the only beer producer in the Turks and Caicos. Tours are provided free, but you have to call before hand. Please be sure to buy something from the gift shop.
